Boat is located in: Olympia, Washington

Sails: One jib and two main sails.

Engine Count: 2.

Engine Make: Yanmar 9HP plus new Outboard.

Horsepower: Yanmar 10HP, Outboard 9HP.

Life raft: SOS Marine 2+ man Coastal Life raft.

Helm: Wheel New anchor line.

This boat was recently surveyed at $7,500.

I purchased it there in Olympia, WA.

After purchase and survey, I added all new running rigging, about $400, a new 9 HP outboard, $2,000 (Less than 72 hours), a new bottom paint job, about $450, and then a brand-new Pineapple Sail Main for about $2,000, which means there is a serviceable main plus the new one, which has never been used.

I had the Pineapple main (CA outfit) custom fit there in WA.

In addition to these things, one year ago I added the Australian company's SOS Marine 2+ man Coastal Life raft.

Important note: this boat hasnt had its rudder dropped for many years, and there is a leak that comes through at about a 1/2 - 3/4 cup per hour (an estimate).

The bilge had no problem with it, but it needs to be repaired for carefree sailing.

Thus, the outboard is brand new, has the battery charger unit in it, and I have sailed this boat for one weekend and put her back on the hard.

I had planned to drop and re-calk the rudder post myself, but then I had a little heart event.

This boat is stunning.

I like the way she sails.

I bought an extra anchor, and all new running rigging.

If you like that pilot wheel on the helm, then yes, it is as sexy in real life as it is in the picture.

I completely restored the wheel (helm).

I had the survey done, sailed it one weekend with the main that came with it, and then put it back on the hard (Had a medical event).

This boat is, nevertheless, is a piece of Northwest Classic Fiberglass history.

I wanted to get her because she was one of the few sailboats built in Portland, Oregon.

She should belong to a skipper who values that and wants to return her to her former glory and maintain a boat that is part of Portlands and Pacific Northwest sailing history.

Considering that a new 27-footer with a Yanmar would run over $200K, this would be a deal for the buyer.

Serious inquiries only please.

The title is clean.

Thank you for your time.
